Let’s All Try to Move the Conversation Forward by Answering This One Question

And actually, the question is about a question. What do you think are the most important questions that pastors in congregations can be asking right now? Click here to respond.

Our aim is to gather as much information as possible from ministry leaders everywhere and try to rapidly broaden the conversations we’re having about what God is doing in our world and where the Spirit might be taking us.  We will take all of your responses, compile them, and use them to help develop content and conversations for the foreseeable future.  How else could we proceed except by listening and learning intently?

This is a fitting complement to this week’s webinar, Agility is Not Optional. Fundamental to agility in ministry is asking an ever-broadening set of questions, listening carefully to sources and voices that might not normally be on our radar, and using those ideas and responses to continue broadening and deepening the questions we are asking. This type of dynamic keeps us from getting locked into a cycle of having the same conversations over and over again. And opening us up to new ideas, this approach naturally generates creativity, imagination, and depth.

May we all keep in step with the Spirit as it blows wherever it will!

We’d love to hear from you.
